NW KS | After dealing with the last natural gas pipeline wind tower would really be low on the list. At least with the pipeline the mess is buried when they are finished. No access roads, nothing to farm around, etc. Took them several year to get their mess from trenching cleaned back up. All these places will promise you anything to get the paperwork signed, and promise to fix any issue but good luck actually getting them to do anything.
