It's your valve cal or valve type setting then. The New Leader is a fast close valve. Normally on a raven the valve cal is 743 but I don't know on the agleader.
Also some years ago New Leader had some issues with the cartridge motors acting funny. Might be an issue.
I haven't done that work for nearly 8 years but I did work on those things for a decade before that.
