Southern Illinois | Might be erratic readings from the rate sensor. Just a thought. At high rates a flux in pulses may not seem to make much difference to the math but at low rates the pulses being unsteady would make a huge difference to the calculations.
Also worth checking is the valve type being driven. It reminds me of times a servo was driven as a standard valve on a raven. I also assume when you redid the cfr numbers for low rate fertilizer that the gate was closed to a low enough setting? On a NL bed this would normally be 2" or smaller.
Does it use a 180 or 360 count rate sensor or some other type? I remember seeing some odd sensors before like a pickup screwed into the fill hole on the gearbox on the chain drive shaft. | |
