| All good points and I have been through them all. Being that they are doing a 200lb rate now I tried doing that. It works sometimes. It is a DJ 180 count sensor and it is set up as such. My 200lb test rate is setup technically as potash and I did the math to get it close should it work at a 2" gate height. He is going to bring his old components back out and we are going to put them back on one at a time and see. I have doubts that their old encoder and servo are actually bad. We'll see.
