He should still get the prepay discount and just have it moved over to a different variety. If X bag is 200 $ at 10% cash in november and subsistuted bag is 210$ at 10% discount if he has to pay anything it should just be 10$. When we have had supply issues usually it gets swapped for no charges as it wasnt the customers fault. Kinda like when seed doesnt germ
