I always use #1 in the winter. This year only started just after New Years. I do not know if it the same as kerosene.
If you look at a copy of the ASTM standard (I snagged a copy of an older version) you will see that #1 diesel and kerosene are somewhat different.
Then there is the Arctic diesel - - - then there is jet fuel (IIRC that's good to some -70C but that's from memory so ???). |
