Just a couple years ago near here this tragedy with propane happened.New structure.New tanks .New underground lines.Company came to install bollards near building to protect utilities from autos parking.They drive them in or screw in.Couple days later employee first to arrive smells gas.Call fire department.They arrive ,one guy dies,one guy burned horribly,building completely destroyed into sq ft size pieces.Was discovered bollard install pinched line,,gas flowed along the pipe into the basement.Filled it with 500 gallons of propane gas.Payouts from lawsuits were in the millions.The insurance companies are the ones driving the bus now.
