| Well, I will reply, but I will be the first to say I do not know what I am talking about. Mostly things to think about; As of today would it be advantages to bring cattle from Canada with the Canadian money exchange rate. Will they be able to find enough employees to run the plant. I assume the production side workers will be brought in from other parts of the country or the world, but will they find enough higher positions people that want to live in South Dakota. No offence to South Dakota but you always hear office people higher paid people want a after hours party times and fancy restaurants. Will management be able to convince the spouse to move to South DAKOTA. TRUCKING IS USUALLY PAID OR FIGURED IN ON CATTLE PRICE paid by the feeder to the plant so I am surprised they want to build where the cattle are raised and not built closer to the end user. I will agree with above poster that I would not invest until about the third owner. Just some thoughts to think about. | |
