Kolorado | Could this be just about chasing the billion dollars Biden was suppose put out there to build packing plants?
We had a cellulosic ethanol plant built in my area, and it sure seemed like all they were after was the govt. money? Story was that they never produced a drop of ethanol, trucked in some corn ethanol for a big ribbon cutting, then sold the plant a year or two after sitting idle.
