| I didn't see in the article whether or not they would also kill cows at this plant as they already planning on doing bison. Considering the distance many cull cows travel already, logistics would be less of a concern considering the amount of cows that are more or less given away at auctions across the west every week. Until just recently fifty cent cows were turning into five dollar ground beef, realizing the addition of tallow. Now they are bringing a whooping eighty cents. | |
