CENTRAL ILLINIOS | Floor heat is the best if you are going to work in the shop every day all day. You can't shut it down for a long weekend and come back Monday morning and have it back to 70 degrees in a couple hours like you can with forced air. If you shut it down for a long period and let the slab cool completely down it will take days to get it warmed back up. Not so good if you were not planning on being in the shop so you shut it down to save some fuel then something breaks down and you are in the cold after spending all that money on floor heat. If money was no object I would put it in the floor and just never shut it off. | |
