Bankers are always push to grow their book of business.
If they can massage some numbers to get a deal done they will.
Just saw a mult million dollar deal put together with annual payment pushing close to $700/ac on the owned land base (using 30 years amortizations ) and the rest of the operation is all above avg cash rents with an historical operating rate in excess of 90% So you can still get stupid done. But 60% loan/av makes it all okay. | |
