| I had a front row seat the the late 70’s euphoria, leading to the darkness of the mid 80’s. Even the very well healed older guys with no debt had their wallets welded shut in their back pocket. They were scared too. Those were times that would make a billy goat puke. Even very wealthy landowners will have strong reservations about buying today when things are apparent they’ll be cheaper Tommorow. To think that can never happen again is misguided at best.
