| If it drops that far, I'll be in line to buy hand over fist. I'm 35, I have a hog barn that will be paid for by that time and that income will make the payments on both farms that I own. $9000/A is pretty close to the average cost I have now, so roll more in and keep going. Operationally, if it's close enough to haul manure on I'll pay a premium!
This is true, and is also the reason land prices won't dip that far. | |
