For those who wanted to buy land and didn't, be it 2,5,10 or 20 years ago, how many didn't buy because it was too high? How many now regret not buying?
Will the pattern continue or is it different this time?
How many people didn't buy land during the time frame you stated because they couldn't vs used that as an excuse? I bet most.
Everyone wants to look back 10 years or whatever and ask why didn't we do X instead of Y? Well probably because at the time Y was the best option they could afford. |
