Hawesville, KY | Kinda fits what an older gentleman told me few years ago, "No one ever pays too much for land, they just pay for it too late." There's 400 acres that my family, and I now, have farmed since mid 70's. My granddad could've bought this ground in the early sixties, but it was too expensive. Now I give the guys son more in rent every year than his dad paid for it in 1960's. If you know of a time machine I need to borrow it. | |
