A place I haul hay to had a some custom manure haulers come in a clean up a big pile. They drove over a old harrow section laying in the muck and wrecked the tire on the big wheel loader. They charged him for repairing the tire. He said he was glad it could be fixed still as a new one was expensive. He just bought the place so he had no idea what was in the old manure pile behind the barns.
what is the best way to go about it....
