“These are the times that try men's souls.” | I don't do much custom work only for friends, but if they didn't tell you about the stump, and they knew the stump was there I really feel they should pay for it. If anybody comes on my place to do custom work I inform them of all gotta's in my fields. That is my duty, and my fault if I don't.
But if I had flagged the problem and driver still hit it, them it's up to the custom guy.
