It made a Crop
Most of the Stone drives /Areas on this place were put in the mid to late '70. We didn't know about road fabric back then. They've all held up well. We've just started putting 53's on top last year. Some areas could have used some starting 5 years ago just for cosmetic purposes. They'll get greasy on top this time of year. But they still have a solid base. Those area's were put in to access livestock. But, the last market hog left this place in the mid 1990's.

Our main drives have a nature grade/slope to them. If they were flat I'm sure maintenance would be different on them.

I have used fabric under stone in a Greenhouse and sure worked great there. And we have a 25 + year old pole barn that I'm thinking about put stone. I'd put fabric under it.
