NW Washington | You can first purge the tank by blowing air in to it for a while and then fill it with CO2 or toss in a chunk of dry ice to fill the tank with CO2 before attacking with a sawsall or torch.
An 85 F250 Ford PU I was in caught fire one day years ago and burned to a crisp. Dual gas tanks, one full the other probably half full and when they caught fire they just kinda fizzled. No boom or nothing. Same when the tires burned. | |
