Kittitas Co. Wa. State
Just curious,, has all the threaded holes been sealed for the last 12-15 years ?? If the tank has been open to the atmosphere for all that time, through hot summers etc,, it would seem like any gas or even gas smell would be long gone. If it's been capped tight, sealed for the whole time, it'd be the same as digging it up yesterday. In that case,, maybe fill with water and smash the tank with a backhoe bucket, just keep the water going on it and make a tiny little suit case out of it?

Maybe fill with water use a cordless saw to cut in half and have 2 Paul Bunyon sized flower pots? :-)

no good snap answers

just my opinion
