Burlington, IA | Tim, I don't know where you farm, or who you like. But, concerning your last statement, maybe you should be looking a little harder? I don't have current prices yet from the company I work for. But my '07 price sheets show our straight LL hybrids at a lower price than straight RR hybrids, and CB/LL hybrids competitive with, but mostly lower than, CB/RR hybrids. And I can't believe we would be the only one in that situation. I'm not sure what '08 prices will show, I'll know pretty quick, but I'd have to believe it'll be a similar scenario. Just my 2 cents worth.
