We stopped raising outdoor hogs six years ago. The last year we weaned 10000 on dirt.
The combination of leaner genetics and cafo issues lead me to build buildings. I don't know
If it was the best decision but it dosn't bother me anymore when we get a down pour in the middle of the night.
