West Central Iowa | Here is a link to the Seasonal Affective Disorder website from Mayo. It will talk about a bright light to sit by 20 minutes each day. I have this disordr and the light does wonders for me. With out the light I get pretty grumpy and want to slepp all the time. 2-3 days of light treatment and my mood and energy increases greatly.
