Actual full tongue and groove flooring. It will last forever. Worst case conditions it can be sanded and redone.

Yes it may be more expensive than the "manufactured" and might be a little harder to install but it will be the last floor you'll have to install.

It is not that hard to install real flooring, just plan it out and get a nail set gun and hammer.
