forgot to say I feed colored cattle on selffeeder, I have stock cows, calves are on creep feed with cows in spring and summer, I start putting corn in with creep feed mid summer and by fall when I wean they (calves) are ready for full corn/protein mix. I am sure there are better ways and cheaper ways to feed cattle, but. this works for me as I drive otr. so this once a wk grind and fill is what I do.
