Amherst WI
I used to feed it, it seemed like they would "plane out" after a while. My local Cenex coopertive seems to be pushing Hubbard pellets hard instead of the Steakmaker. I fed that for a few years, it seemed a little better but the pettets would attrat moiture and turn into a brick in the bag, then fall apart in the mixer even if it was added last. Then the steers would sort it. I am a month into a Doboy pellet. It doesn't attract moisture and holds together better in the mix. I have not been on it long enough to give a yeah or ney on it yet, but they claim 12 months of age to 1400lbs.
