It's at a Bank. Rural banks in this part of the country are flush with cash and looking for low risk loans to park it. Just have to do some haggling. Have got some borrowed for 3%.. Is indexed at 1/2 below prime with a 2-6 cap. Was 3.5% when loan was taken out cap is @ 9.5% max interest rate, for 20 year loan.
