Anderson County Kansas

Land cash flowed here in the late 80's and most of the 90's. I think it is still cheap compared to other areas. Good ground will bring from 1200 to 1500 an acre and produce 110 to 120 corn and 30 to 35 beans. Some investors are starting to buy more which is new for this area.
