Lapel, In | A lot of people would like to make more sense out of the economy, Dave. There are two camps these days. Those that believe we are depression bound and those who believe it will be hyper inflation. I wish I knew myself what it will be. Both sides have strong support for their theories. At this point all we can do is look for clues and this could be one of the first as the smart money looks to not only protect themselves ,but pull off a slick manuver via using leverage. It could easily be that $7,000 an acre for class A farmland will be a buy of a lifetime. Personally I am not that brave.lol. | |
