One thing to consider about land values: If land is 5k/acre, to pay off that acre of land, it comes from after tax money. So, with the strong likelihood of a tax increase, how much is that land really going to cost? A 30% tax bracket would mean it takes 6500/ac to pay off 5k/ac land. FWIW
