USA
180 bu corn x $4.50 = $810. Can sell 10-11-12-13 crop corn for $4.50 plus.

20 year land payment on $6750 land @ 3.75% interest is around $480 per acre for interst and principal on a 20 year payback.

$250 acre input cost plus $480 = $730. 4 years of $300 per acre principal payment would get the loan value back to around $5500.

Put another $1000 per acre per year on principal, from other ground farmed would get principal knocked down to about $1500 per acre after 4 years.
