Try $15 corn and see how it flows. NOW I AM NOT SAYING corn will EVER get there, but anything is possible in today's world. Just don't be too eager to sell all your crop even if it hits record price levels.

Have told this story many times before: An old German native who was a neighbor of mine, sold his farm in Germany because the value got too great for him to hold it any longer,he thought(hyper inflation). And before he could buy a house in town, he didn't have enough money to buy even a house. He emigrated to America as a result. Through hard work and the economic experience he gained in Germany, he recently died a mulitmillionaire. Success is a poor teacher, so learn from your mistakes and move on.
