| In the early 90's "here" you had $600 land. That cash flowed, as well. Around 1986 the same ground was $450. Problem was, at those times, you couldn't get credit(I tried in the mid 90's, and was promptly shot down on a deal that would obviously cash flow). Now, the guys that were able to get credit to buy land at that time are paying it off, and using it to leverage against this $4,000 ground we have today. | |
