Iowa | Was wondering what opinions you guys have as to where the ag land market is headed and what will drive it farther up or down? All I know is that land that was bringing around 5800 a year ago is around 6500 this year in west central iowa, but sales are limited so it's hard to get a real clear picture. I've talked to older fellas that say they are hearing the same thing they heard in the 70's and 80's such as "there not making any more of it" and I've talked to other guys that say it's different this time such as lower interest rates and they don't think land will fall. So, I really don't know what to think right now-how about you guys? Thanks | |
