Land is bringing $5000 an acre here, banks will only lend on 2500$ an acre, you must have the rest in cash.
You must rob peter to pay paul to buy land.
I wish I would have robbed peter alot more in the past. I have watched land go from 700$ an acre back in the early 80's to 5400$ last week.
Interest rates are as low as they can go.
Even if land does go down most will be in pretty good hands compared to the late 70 and early 80 when one could buy land with a signature. | |
