| It's almost identical to the last time.
We have a president that is Jimmy Carter on steroids, government overspending. Yes we are living the late 1970's all over again. Better get ready, we're about to go over the cliff again. Only this time I won't be paying 18% on a combine note. Better lock in all interest long term.
And yes I was one of the young know-it-alls back then who told my Grandfather that "land will only go up, they're not making it anymore". Now the older I get the smarter he becomes. | |
