| We put the fan on the combine as that is what the company recomended. I didn't notice any noise or problems with it being on the combine.
It made a big difference in how the beans fed into the combine. We could work later with tougher beans as they didn't slug in the head. We also liked how it kept the loose beans swept in from the sickle.
All in all it is probably one of the better investments we made.
