Palestine, IL 62451 | Sent in a Raven monitor to be repaired and when I got it back I had either missplaced the ball part of the ram mount or it gotten missplaced there, anyway it wouldn't mount without it. Called them to see if by chance it got left there ( I could'nt find it anywhere) and they sent me a whole new ram assembly and still not sure if I lost it or not. Big thanks to the guys at Raven. On a side note they have been extremely helpful anytime I have called them. | |
