| Had ordered a couple of Agri-hitches for smaller grain wagons a couple of years ago.. Then ordered two more for Brent 644 wagons.. Said to send me a bill and I'd send a check before shipping.. They said you ordered before, so they just shipped and to pay after they got here.. Shipped, and opened and found a cast lever had broken during shipping..Called to tell them about it and said I'd try to weld it.. They said no, they'd just ship another one and did !! Great FARMER compnay..
BTW: Dumb me, I burned the bill with the boxes and couldn't get the bill to send back with the check.. They sent another bill.. NO problem.. As I said, a GREAT Farmer company..I'll order again from them..!! Great service.. | |
