Clark county Illinois | Two days ago while attempting to install a bi-fold louvered door that came from Menards, I screwed up a couple of plastic pieces from the installation kit.
So, yesterday I went to Menards and told the 'associate' that I messed up the parts and were replacements available?
I follow him back to where those doors are kept - he opens up a new pkg, takes out the bag of parts and hands it to me.
I ask him what do I owe him and he tells me "No charge". I thought that was darn nice. | |
