West Central Ohio,Shelby County		Pull out part of kitchen faucet broke.Had a friend who worked at Plumbing place get replacement;$15.00

Part broke again.Googled Kohler,the manufacturer, got ph#,they asked for serial number of faucet and they sent a new one FREE of charge!

After that I thought,thanks "friend".

Serial number is on flex hose under sink.
