Before they ask for big money they want their chosen youngster to be there for all their beckon and call spraying a little 5 acre triangle price 10 miles away because the coop wanted a minimum charge, checking the bins while they are doing snow bird stuff and plowing the driveway, then they do the big FU to the youngster.
How can a young farmer afford ground?
