Use the $600,000 from FSA, go to bank or Farm Credit for guarantee loan to go with the FSA. Also banks and FSA do participation loans. In Minnesota the RFA funds available from the state of Minnesota. Find a knowledgeable Farm loan officer at your FSA office. I never had any idea how many types of loans are available from FSA until my wife went to work for them.
