coast of Maine | Back a few decades when I was a county committee man they had published in house documents on the cost of getting a dollars worth of conservation work to the farmer.My county earned a gold star of spending 9$ to get a dollar to a farmer...some were spending 20 $ to get a dollar out the door..Im sure it is way worse now..some one must know on here..?? | |
