| Most are pretty good, although some are pretty green. I once had a gal tell me I needed to something about a ditch as the erosion was terrible. It was a drainage ditch.
They had just transferred her to my county. I would bet they were trying to get her transferred out ASAP as she wasn't there very long.
She is probably the head honcho now....
Just a thought, "Here" some of the contractors let someone make payments on a project, if it can be done in a slow time.
I think they figure better to be busy and have money coming than to sit and have nothing.
