For those of you that farm, do you have a full-time day job, if so what? Or what are you guys doing to bring in supplemental income aside of the farming operation? What works the best for you guys? Trucking? Etc.
Haven’t read through all the replies, but depending on location you can do a lot with a truck without being “legal” here in the west haul silage on the side with our trucks, there’s a lot of money in it. I guess it depends on if you want a full time job or something to make the same amount of money in a shorter time. That’s about the only option in trucking that actually makes money right now.
