Southern Indiana | I just farm with my dad… We have an arrangement where he rents my ground and I help him out when he needs it.. I’m trying to roll into farming on my own slowly.. But I’m 32 now and would like to roll into it more and more as I get older… I’m an apprentice lineman in my 4th year at our local electric co-op. Perfect job if you want to farm also… Most weeks are forty hours and you can generally make 6 figures or close to it… On call weeks will be longer and it’s a lot to learn, but a good day job for a side job… | |
