If the rental rates are that low, that’s kinda ridiculous. I value my own stalks pretty high, but if you figure the $$ in hay, and running the machines to feed them daily, honestly for good stalks with a water source and fence, $50-75/ac would probably still put money in the cattleman’s pocket.
