I’ve gotten to the point if someone want stalks I give them until December 1 to graze them. We’ve fought tracks/ hoof prints too many times for it to be worth the $5-$7 an acre.
(I bet I’ve only seen money on 25% of what I’ve rented out too)
If it’s dry and I haven’t got there to strip till, I’ll give them a week or two extra, but am upfront that when I call, they need to be off when I show up to do fieldwork.
